Hello I’m Chantell,

My passion is helping families tell their stories by creating beautiful timeless and nostalgic photographs which honour their legacy. I believe in creating connections with people I photograph. It allows me to give you a more relaxed and comfortable experience, so I thought I would let you know a bit more about myself.

I began my photography career in 2012 while a member of the Royal Australian Navy, and yes before you ask I do have some crazy stories, Like army rolling out of a helicopter onto a deserted beach in far north Queensland with a bunch of Commandos which I think puts me into the category of cool mum, not that my children would agree, I’m sure in their eyes I’m just around to provide the snacks, lol.

Over the years my style has flourished through formal photography training and personal experiences. I create relaxed settings for families where I capture their love and unique connection, and provide them with timeless images.

Waving goodbye to the Defence Force in 2017 and stepping into Motherhood, my husband and I had my two INCREDIBLE! children, Billie Rose and Mac - now aged seven and six years. We reside in the gorgeous NSW Central Coast where you will most likely find me hitting one of the many stunning beaches with the kids and our border collie pup, Daisy, or sneaking out for a lychee martini with my girlfriends. When I’m not busy with the above, I’m capturing families, particularly mothers like yourself, where my goal is to make sure you feel seen and, better yet, celebrated as your authentic self.  

Capturing simple life moments and building a legacy through family photography for which I have my kids to thank for this inspiration.
